FAQ’s
What happens if I can’t commit to a 24 day onboarding?
This isn’t an issue, you can determine a timeline that suits you better and can drop to the following cohort at any stage. This would mean a month’s delay in the process but can allow you additional time to onboard. Speaking with your Customer Success Coach to determine at which day is best to drop back would allow for most efficient onboarding.
What is meant by a “cohort” onboarding?
During your onboarding you will be going through the process in groups with other customers taking the same journey. You will attend training sessions with the groups and feedback sessions as a group. You will get to know the other members of your cohort and be able to liaise with them on their experiences and work together to go live smoother.
Does this mean I won’t have access to a consultant from Acuity24?
No, we are here every step of the way to assist with your onboarding. Your implementation is will be split between 1-2-1 access to a dedicated consultant during the initial phase of data migration and system configuration before moving into group sessions for training, testing and go live.
What will I pay in the second year of using Sage Intacct?
Your renewal price for the base Sage Intacct system will remain the same and your renewal will be exactly the same as this year. Should you add any features or licenses these will be additional and added to your monthly subscription. A full breakdown will be provided at renewal point. (This is of course subject to any price changes from Sage).
How do I pay?
The subscription, support and onboarding is all included within the subscription fee. This is charged monthly and will be taken by Direct Debit. As part of your initial set up we will confirm Direct Debit information with you and get you all set to start your journey.

Is there a limit on the access I get to Acuity24?
No, you will get complete access to our Support and Customer Success Teams to ensure complete Success in using Sage Intacct. Within the Onboarding phase you will stick to your schedule and cohort (unless agreed to move). Or if this doesn’t work for you have a chat to Acuity24 and we’ll find a way to ensure your successful Go Live.
